Engineer with a Secret clearance and Sec+ (8570 cert) to work from our Boulder, CO location.

SBIRS and the Next-Gen GEO OPIR ground stations form the backbone of the United States' missile-warning architecture. By delivering near-real-time, high-confidence detection of ballistic missile launches and other hostile trajectories, these systems provide life-saving early warning for the warfighter, enable rapid decision-making, and support cueing of defensive interceptors and command-and-control assets.

Your work will directly protect troops, allies, and critical infrastructure worldwide. As Systems Admin you will:
• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
• Set up administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation, tune system performance, install system wide software and allocate mass storage space.
• Have experience with both Linux and Windows system administration, including installing, patching, troubleshooting and hardening Linux and Windows operating systems (both bare-metal and virtual machines)
• Have experience with System Security Implementations.
• Interact with users and evaluates vendor products.
• Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
• Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. This is an EARLY-MID CAREER (level
