Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on network and cabling issues
- Support the LAN and WAN infrastructure, remote sites and data centers
- Troubleshoot network and cabling problems and coordinate with various department administrators
- Participate in lab configuration and testing of new technologies
- Prepare network topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required
- Participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance tasks
- 8+ years experience in a Network Engineering role
- 3+ years experience of Cisco ISE, Aruba wireless and Clearpass
- Cisco Routers and Switches hands-on experience
- Experience configuring and running firewalls is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocol/technologies
- General understanding of project management processes and terminology
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desirable
- Background check / Clearance Requirements:
