Senior Manager, IT Platform Engineering – Governance

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of modern infrastructure and cloud platforms that support the company’s growth and technology roadmap
• Drive large-scale platform and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the engineering and operational excellence of datacenters, hybrid cloud environments, core IT systems, and cloud-based services
• Implement strong governance and compliance practices across infrastructure and platform domains
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and IT operations teams
• Build strong partnerships with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
• Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects and strategic initiatives
• Expertise in enterprise datacenter management and cloud-based services
• Understanding of hypervisors, automation/orchestration of PaaS and IaaS cloud services
• Experience managing hybrid cloud services
• Successful leadership experience working in a highly-matrixed environment
• Demonstrated success recruiting, building, developing, coaching, and retaining a highly-motivated, high-performing workforce
