Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience writing SQL queries and building data pipelines.
- Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.
- Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience supporting data‑driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You help fellow sales Googlers by performing budgeting, planning, and analysis activities and through your passion for the magic of Google products like Google Workspace and Chrome. You provide financial and budgeting input and devise new ways to identify and communicate with potential opportunities, connecting them to our sales team and showing how Google Cloud can impact their business.
You excel at customer segmentation, acquisition, and growth, and you combine clean communication with strong analytical skills and a solid commitment to understanding customer needs and providing a Googley customer experience. You also peer into the future by examining and analyzing statistical data to forecast marketing trends and identify potential new markets for Google Cloud.
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be instrumental in driving data‑driven decision‑making across our organization. You will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that provide actionable insights to leadership, architect data marts, construct data pipelines, and automate reporting processes. Your ability to transform complex data into compelling visualizations will help stakeholders understand the business impact of their decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality data solutions that support our growth objectives.
US: $116,000 - $167,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

- Partner with cross‑functional teams to define, develop, and test AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines, establishing scalable frameworks to automate the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.
- Develop data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data pipelines, data warehouses, crafting models, and designing user‑friendly dashboards.
- Transform data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, high‑quality data and insights to propel the growth of the business.
