- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience with enterprise platforms, customer support systems, and AI workflows or tools.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including User Research, and applying system-level thinking to design solutions.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
As a UX Designer, you will help shape how users and partners interact with Google’s support ecosystem. You will lead design execution and contribute to the UX strategy for key areas within our portfolio, including scaled support solutions, 1:1 support experiences, partner and operations tools, and user voice platforms.
In this role, you will design intuitive, proactive, and personalized user journeys that leverage generative AI technologies to transform our support experiences. You will translate complex backend operations and user needs into seamless, human-centered interfaces, ensuring high-quality design execution across both automated and human-led touchpoints. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations partners, you will design, prototype, and iterate on solutions from concept to launch.
You will be an advocate for user-centered design, collaborating with senior UX team members to refine your craft and ensure your work delivers both user value and business impact.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
