Senior Digital Consulting Analyst, Oracle Cloud ERP

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and ignite innovation for clients.
• Enable change necessary for clients to own their future.
• Enhance analytical skills working as part of a team.
• Get hands‑on experience in building effective relationships.
• Create solutions for clients as independent and in group settings.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors
• 1-2 years of experience working within software implementation process
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud Certifications is a plus
• Prior consulting industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on effective communication and relationship‑building in a consulting environment. Proficient in software implementation processes and capable of maintaining functional documentation and conducting tests.
