IT Support Specialists

Our customer is seeking a part-time, onsite Tier 1 IT Support Specialist in Boulder, CO to work 20 hours per week. The role is the primary point of contact for local IT support as the company transitions responsibilities from its closing West Coast operations. The incumbent will support about 30 onsite employees and contribute to a broader U.S. employee base (~200 users) by handling hardware, software, and user access issues.

The schedule is 8 pm–5 pm, Monday–Friday, and the company is open to any 20 hours within that shift.

• Act as first-line IT support for tickets, walk‑ups, and remote employees.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues.
• Support MacOS (primary), Windows, and Chromebook environments.
• Manage user accounts (Entra , Google Workspace).
• Perform onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot printers, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity.
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
• Document all work and appropriately escalates complex issues.

Enterprise tools, Windows, Mac, Intune, Entra , Google Workspace, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Endpoint Support, Jira Service Management, Microsoft Intune, Google workforce administration, Microsoft Entra, Slack, Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+), knowledge base documentation experience, Microsoft Entra  / Azure AD experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Boulder, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00–$29.00 per hour.
