Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Boulder, CO team. The on-site role supports Sunnyvale, CA operations as needed and assists remote/global associates.
You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, manage incidents in the ITSM system, and develop technical documentation to empower users and the IT team. The role reports to the IT Support Services Manager (U.S.).
