About the roleAs a Sales Engineer at RADICL, you serve as the trusted technical advisor bridging the gap between customer needs and our cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work alongside Account Executives and Channel Partners to identify requirements, design tailored solutions, and articulate the business and technical value of RADICL’s platform.
This role blends technical acumen, consultative selling, and customer empathy. A role that’s ideally suited for professionals who enjoy helping organizations modernize their security posture through clarity and partnership.

As a RADICL Sales Engineer, you will:- Serve as the technical authority and advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to close.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and MSP partners to design tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer goals.
- Deliver product demonstrations, security architecture reviews, and proof-of-value sessions.
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Support responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure proposed solutions align with compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS).
