Senior, Principal Strategy and Performance Consultant – Technology and IPPM

• Lead Integrated Product Portfolio Management (IPPM) and Technology Governance processes for Customer Energy Technology Solutions
• Drive cross-functional planning, prioritization, and decision-making
• Assess portfolio performance, align investments with strategic objectives, and identify risks and opportunities
• Serve as primary liaison between Customer Energy Technology Solutions and Technology Services
• Coordinate technology planning, intake, prioritization, governance, and major technology initiatives
• Develop strategic communications around business activities, priorities, governance decisions, and portfolio outcomes
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and governance forums
• Develop and oversee portfolio metrics, dashboards, visualizations, analytics, and performance reporting
• Evaluate data quality and reporting integrity, identify anomalies, and support accurate leadership reporting
• Provide guidance on budget processes and support budget improvements
• Mentor and support team members through guidance, feedback, oversight, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Senior level:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
• Senior level:
  At least six years related experience
• Principal level:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Principal level:
  At least seven years related experience
• Demonstrated experience in strategy and with business and operational performance measures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in communications with demonstrated ability to deliver effective and strategic messages to varied audiences
• Strong technical background in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience leveraging technology
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple deliverables and senior-level stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to meet business and financial objectives
• Principal level:
  Demonstrated leadership capabilities in project management
• Preferred:
  Experience developing and utilizing dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reporting tools such as Power BI
