* ** Final date to receive applications at 12:00am MST on:**  # About the Role This position is responsible for driving and leading the comprehensive business application and analytics support for business and finance stakeholders across the organization within Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
Leads the administration of the business intelligence platform and related applications, including application development, application strategy, configuration, support, and ad-hoc reporting across multiple functions within the institution. The position leads strategy on reporting, analytics, and data usability, leveraging system configurations and data structures maintained by Workday administrators, while promoting reporting standards, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
Responsible for administering, configuring, and overseeing data analytics and related training activities for the organization's financial systems. Serves as the subject matter expert to develop and leverage Workday Financials and Adaptive cloud application functionalities to improve organizational processes and user functionality of the Workday Financials and Adaptive cloud application. This position leads key aspects of reporting design and data modeling within Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, translating complex business needs into scalable and reliable insights.

This position facilitates collaboration through user groups, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering sessions to ensure reporting solutions align with business priorities.
Manages the process to deliver high-quality data analytics, business intelligence services, and reports to the organization.
Leads and directs the work of others directly and indirectly across the organization.  #

* Collaborates with senior leaders, Information Technology staff, functional managers, subject matter experts, accounting staff, and other stakeholders to define and implement reporting and analytics requirements.
* Translates complex financial and business needs into scalable, accurate, and usable reporting and analytics solutions.
* Designs and configures reporting data structures and solutions, including calculated fields, composite reports, dashboards, custom objects, prompt sets, and derived data models to support business insight and decision-making.
* Leverages foundational data structures and configurations established by Workday Financials, and extends them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
* Applies best practices in data visualization and reporting design to promote clarity, usability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.
