Senior Claim Representative – Sharing Economy, Accident and Health

• Makes timely and appropriate contacts, determines and completes appropriate level of investigation to make determination of coverage
• Takes a recorded statement from all parties involved in the claim when appropriate
• Determines exposure, establishes adequate reserves and makes timely adjustments as required
• Assigns and directs activities of internal and external resources as required
• Identifies questionable claims and consults with SIU for further direction as appropriate
• Determines settlement value of the loss and negotiates proper settlement of claims

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2-6 years of progressively complex specialty claims experience
• UIM and UM experience desired
• PIP or Med Pay experience desired
• Bodily Injury Claim Resolution

Demonstrates expertise in claims investigation, negotiation, and resolution, with a strong focus on UIM, UM, PIP, and Med Pay claims. Proven ability to assess exposure, establish reserves, and manage complex claims processes effectively.
