Position: Time &  Billing Clerk
Description

Robert Half has partnered with a general practice law firm located in Boulder/Thornton/Broomfield area. They seeking an Assistant Bookkeeper with 3 - 5 years of legal billing experience, in addition to an educational background in accounting or finance; and experience with law practice management and finance software. This role works closely with attorneys, accounting staff, and clients to prepare invoices, manage e-billing platforms, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process legal invoices

- Submit and manage invoices through e-billing systems

- Assist with light bookkeeping, including posting payments and preparing deposits, account reconciliations, and basic reporting

- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Prior legal billing experience required

- Experience with e-billing platforms (e.g., Pro Law, Counsel Link, Legal Tracker)

- Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
