• Oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and SCPMs providing leadership guidance
• Develop training plans for SCPCs and SCPMs while ensuring overall supply chain performance
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Subcontract Managements, Purchasing Agents, Engineering teams, Operations teams, Business Management teams
• Define supplier requirements and evaluate strategies during proposals
• Assist and develop the Program-level Supply Chain Management Plan
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis Technical/Engineering concentration
- 11+ years of experience in operations or a related area
- Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and expert contract management principles
- Comprehensive experience across various phases of the product lifecycle, including prototyping, development, qualification, certification, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full Rate Production (FRP), and sustainment
- Extensive experience in Program and Subcontract Management
- Proficient in cost and schedule analysis
- Expert in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) initiatives
- Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sectors
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of time on average
