Maintenance Assistant

Description:

Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building, including grounds and fixtures, by performing the following duties:

• Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
• Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Cleans restrooms, including disinfecting toilets, sinks, and floors, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Removes trash and disposes of it in designated areas.
• Maintains all janitorial equipment.
• Reports the need for any major repairs to management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/

Experience:

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior maintenance experience preferred.
