Senior Director, Equity – Join a team that is redefining credit. As we scale globally, we need a strategic leader to architect the future of our Equity and Payroll functions.
What You’ll Do- Strategic Execution & Optimization:
Drive global scale of payroll and equity administration, ensuring timely, accurate delivery in all jurisdictions. - Vision &
Roadmap:
Design and recommend new global policies, technology roadmaps, and organizational structures. - Operational Excellence:
Manage the entire global function for payroll and equity, ensuring compliant execution of all pay cycles and equity events. - Budget Management:
Oversee vendor relationships and transformation budgets for high‑value, cost‑effective solutions. - Leadership & Organizational Development:
Lead Global Payroll and Global Equity Administration teams, inspiring ownership and continuous improvement. - Change Leadership:
Guide teams through expansion, M&A integration, and system/process changes with stability and continuous improvement. - Risk Management & Compliance:
Enforce rigorous compliance with laws, regulations, and tax requirements, and serve as primary point of contact for external audits. - Cross‑Functional Influence & Partnership:
Partner with senior leaders across People, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and IT to align strategy with business objectives.
- 12+ years of progressive experience managing complex global payroll and equity functions; high‑growth, multinational public company experience preferred.
- Experience in a 2,000+ employee environment.
- Deep expertise in global equity administration (e.g., Schwab) and complex payroll systems and vendors.
- Proven track record of driving large‑scale transformation and major system implementations (e.g., Workday).
- Expert‑level knowledge of international compensation and tax compliance requirements.
- Experience managing M&A integration for payroll and equity operations.
- Exceptional executive‑level communication and presentation skills, with proven influence globally.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits.
USA base pay ranges:
- (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $285,000 – $355,000 per year
- (All other U.S. states): $253,000 – $323,000 per year
