Yard Manager - Metals Recycling - Base Salary to 150k/year - Boulder, CO

• Our client is a family owned & operated metals recycling company with 3-yard locations.
• The team is actively seeking a Yard Manager to oversee both of the Colorado locations. The Yard Manager will be responsible for all yard operations and processing activities while ensuring an overall safe and efficient work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate yard personnel
• Buying, grading, and sales management for both Nonferrous and Ferrous materials
• Inbound and outbound processing of material
• Oversight of maintenance for heavy equipment and trucks
• Work with internal Buying team to assist with pricing and client meetings
• Implementation of safety programs & spearhead safety meetings
• Train/Mentor employees

• 5+ years working in metals recycling; multi-yard oversight is a plus
• Robust background in grading both nonferrous and ferrous materials
• Must be willing and ready to take full responsibility of site locations

• Base salary up to 150k/year plus a healthy relocation package to get to Colorado. The role also includes full benefits package including PTO, insurance, and 401k with employer match.
