Finance and Accounting Manager

This is a full-time in-office position in Boulder, CO.

The Greenhouse Family of Companies is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager with 0-4 years of accounting experience who wants to work in an entrepreneurial, positive environment.

• Full cycle accounting, including AR, AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, expense reporting, corporate credit card reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Supplemental weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• In addition, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, be able to work independently, and enthusiastically tackle diverse challenges.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and document management.
• This position reports to the Director of Finance and Accounting for the family of companies.
