The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the maintenance shop including managing Mechanics, Technicians, and Detailers. In this role you will audit vehicle repairs and cleanliness, manage the preventative maintenance program, and maintain oversight on parts inventory. We have 1 full-time opening based out of the Boulder office. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
The pay range for this position is $95,000-$110,000. **## Qualifications
* Must be at least 19 years of age.
* Must have 3 years of supervisory experience.
* 10+ years of mechanical experience in gas and diesel repair
* Will consider Associates Degree in Automotive Technology and 5+ years of mechanic experience in lieu of 10+ years' experience.
* Must obtain ASE Master within 1 year of employment.
* Possess a valid Driver's License
* Must pass and maintain DOT physical, job skills test, random drug testing and ongoing Motor Vehicle Record Checks.
* Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position.
* Possess experience in all phases of vehicle maintenance.
* Strong background in diagnostics.
* Must possess own tools.
