Community Manager - Student Housing

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven property manager who thrives in a stable, high-performing environment. You'll oversee a team of 6 while managing day-to-day operations at one of the most highly rated student housing properties in the local market. Backed by a respected third-party management company, you'll have the support and resources needed to maintain excellence and continue driving results.

• Oversee daily operations of a 250-bed student housing property
• Lead and develop a team of 6 leasing, maintenance, and community staff
• Manage property financials, budgets, and reporting
• Maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction standards
• Collaborate with third-party management leadership and support teams

• 2+ years of experience managing student housing properties
• Proven ability to lead and develop property teams
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Comfortable working within a third-party management structure
• Must be able to commute or relocate up north near Loveland, CO
• Earn $85k or more in total compensation, including base salary and bonuses
