Reports to: Regional Youth Director / Club Manager
Status: Hourly (30+ hours/week) | Benefits Eligible

What You’ll Do


Kids Club Leadership
  • Lead with Purpose, Values, and Tools to inspire your team daily
  • Create a fun, high-energy, welcoming environment for kids and families
  • Own the Kids Club experience and resolve member concerns with care
  • Train, coach, and develop staff on operations, engagement, and expectations
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule team members to maintain coverage
  • Execute and grow programs like Kids Fit, Camps, Parents’ Night Out, and events
  • Monitor reports, check-ins, and usage to drive engagement
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
  • Maintain compliance with waivers, child info, and allergy alerts
  • Work a mix of opening, evening, and weekend shifts
Mighty Camp Leadership
  • Partner with leadership to improve camp experience, enrollment, and operations
  • Execute Mighty Camp frameworks to drive financial success and satisfaction
  • Ensure safety, engagement, and on-brand programming
  • Support staff training and ongoing development
  • Track performance to deliver an A+ camp experience
  • Maintain organization, staffing, and licensing compliance

Requirements
  • 18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1+ year of post-high school experience
  • CPR, First Aid, and BPT certifications (infant, child, adult)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
  • Ability to stay active throughout shifts
