Community Banks of Colorado is seeking a Head of Operations to lead Cam 's operations team. In this role, you will manage daily and month-end processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with clients and partner banks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in operations within financial services or fintech, including leadership experience. You will report performance to senior leadership and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
