Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and facility operations
- Manage and lead a team of onsite Workplace & Office Coordinators and Managers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to workplace services
- Foster strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Ensure financial and budget processes are managed and adhered to
- Manage relationships with service providers, vendors, and Landlords
- Support and represent the firm in office fit‑outs and construction projects
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver best in class services
- Participate in recruitment and selection process for workplace services teams
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in service management or a related role
- Strong understanding of workplace operations and customer service principles
- Capability for developing staff
- Professional presence with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with confidential information discreetly
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑driven mindset
