Storage Program Manager III

Responsibilities

• Provides support and/or leads teams through the product development lifecycle process
• Manages activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications
• Works with PMO management and cross-functional stakeholders to improve process and program efficiency
• Leads one or more Storage programs across functions and project teams
• Creates schedules, key deliverables, budget inputs, resource plans, and other support requirements
• Coordinates with internal and external partners and ensures alignment
• Drives cross-functional execution for Storage releases, readiness activities, and sustaining work

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Information System Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Typically, 4-6 years’ experience as a program manager
• Experience using program planning tools and software packages, including Smartsheet and related systems
• Experience working with OEMs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to create and manage schedules, milestone plans, and budget inputs
