Responsibilities
- Manage the proposal development center and oversee the center’s staff
- Responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating, and executing IDIQ proposals
- Provide direct and indirect management of the company's overall bid and proposal efforts
- Ensure proposal preparation activities are timely and professional
- Coordinate and guide proposal management activities and workflow
- Ensure development of proposal products in accordance with RFP compliance and company business development goals
- Supervise Proposal Center staff, including Proposal Managers, Proposal Analysts, and Proposal Writers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 9+ years of experience in related field with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing complex proposals
- Expertise utilizing proposal management software and AI tools
- Advanced experience with simultaneously managing multiple proposals of all sizes from proposal planning to delivery
- Demonstrated experience preparing Pricing Volumes to include work breakdown structure (WBS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
