Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Management
This is a full‑time, in‑office position at our Boulder, CO headquarters. We are not offering remote or hybrid options for this role.
About WunderWunder is building a modern energy company. Founded with a simple vision to address the greatest crisis of our generation, we accelerate the deployment of solar energy, helping businesses, municipalities, and schools save money by delivering clean on‑site power. We transform warehouses into electrified industrial platforms built for the future and enable commercial and industrial real‑estate firms to capture the benefits of solar across their properties.
Our proprietary technology platform allows us to develop solar at scale, from self‑storage facilities and schools to data centers and industrial logistics facilities. An average 430‑kW system can offset the equivalent of 350,000 pounds of coal burned each year.
As the in‑house construction expert, you will oversee the construction of commercial‑scale solar projects nationwide from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through final acceptance. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure projects are completed on‑time, on‑budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The role also includes partner management – leading collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners, contractors, and vendors – and continuously improving robust processes that drive growth, profitability, and repeatability.
