SUMMARY OF POSITION

The 1440 Pine Clinical Program Manager will lead and manage a supportive services team at 1440 Pine. This includes a 40-unit permanent supportive housing program for 18-24 year-olds exiting homelessness in the Boulder area. The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the overall design and delivery of the services in the project, fidelity of Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Housing First and Positive Youth Development philosophies, developing and enhancing partnerships with local organizations that will be providing on-site and off-site services, and implementing/evaluating the project and project outcomes.

The Clinical Program Manager will also oversee the clinical programming provided by the clinician and clinical interns. Clinical services provided include individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis response.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff Management & Supervision
  • Lead and support a diverse team of Housing Case Managers, Clinicians, Peer & Resident Support Specialists, Clinical Interns, and Volunteers by:
    • Facilitating meaningful individual supervision and collaborative team meetings.
    • Providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
    • Overseeing core operational needs, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
  • Support staff by offering crisis availability and relief, debriefing incidents, providing regular feedback, and building a strong, positive team culture.
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians—including regular meetings for training, support, and case consultation—and review and sign off on documentation for unlicensed staff.
  • Work with TGTHR’s Director of Programs to ensure all organizational training is maintained and accurate, compliant with necessary local, state, and federal law.
Clinical Oversight & Direct Service to all TGTHR Programs
  • Oversee all of TGTHR’s clinical work across programs to include 1440, Nest, and Drop-in/Outreach.
  • Establish appropriate clinical goals for TGTHR’s programs and ensure clinical data are maintained accurately. Track outcomes towards achieving organizational goals and adjust engagement and services to meet them as needed.
  • Carry a caseload of individual clients. Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and conduct individual therapy sessions as needed.
  • Monitor and oversee clinical documentation to ensure Medicaid and billing standards are met.
Resident Relations & Community Building
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and create an environment that fosters independent living and community building. Collaborate with community agencies based on residents’ goals and aspirations.
  • Solicit and address youth, staff, intern, and volunteer feedback.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating the Resident Advisory Council at 1440.
1440 Operations, Compliance & Budgeting
  • Work closely with the 1440 Property Manager to ensure resident compliance, communication and documentation, to include oversight of emergency drills (fire, etc.).
  • Develop and oversee program budget and substantiation of expenses.
  • Participate in program evaluation, assessment, and development.
  • Ensure program compliance and implementation of various grants, licenses, and laws.
Crisis Response & Flexibility
  • Perform on-call duties, remaining available to address staff questions and de-escalate crisis situations.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, based on the needs of staff, residents, and/or clients.
