• Deliver a world-class Core Power Yoga experience
• Lead the operations of a yoga studio
• Coach and inspire the Core Power classroom experience
• Create a premium, clean, and safe in-studio yoga experience
• Train and lead yoga teachers and Studio Experience Team members
• Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for Core Power Yoga
• Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators

• Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members
• Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture where applicable
• Work primarily in-studio for at least 40 hours per week, serve as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day
• Teach at least 4 classes per week in multiple formats
• Communicate and enforce Core Power Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols
• Partner with analytics to optimize studio schedules based on student attendance and preferences
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
- Facilitation and training experience required
- 200HR certified preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Availability for 5-6 days and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
- Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to step in to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice.
Demonstrates strong leadership in managing studio operations, fostering community engagement, and achieving performance metrics. Capable of training and developing yoga instructors while ensuring a premium studio experience.
