The Facilities Manager is responsible for an assigned region to provide leadership that manages budget, quality, expectations and results. The Facilities Manager evaluates, assigns and directs all facilities vendors, repairs, capital and facilities related support strategies for all Shacks within the assigned region. The primary goal of the Facilities Manager, which is consistent with our entire Facilities Team, is to keep Shacks open an do so in the most economically efficient way possible.
