Production Associate – Pre-Kitting Project (Seasonal)

We’re gearing up for a high-volume ski pass project and hiring Production Associates to join the team ASAP! This is a fast-paced, temporary production role supporting a large pre-kitting operation.

Team members will help assemble approximately 325,000 pre-kits over a 6-month period. This is a repetitive, detail-focused production role with strong attendance expectations.

• Assemble pre-kits by placing stickers, magnets, and printed materials into folders in a specific order
• Meet productivity goals of 120 kits per hour
• Maintain quality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
• Follow production procedures and team guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (very important)
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work efficiently in a team production setting

Temporary project lasting approximately 6 months

Project starting in Boulder CO

Pay rate: $17 hourly
