KJUS – Embroidery Machine Operator

Full‑time – Boulder, CO. Non‑Exempt, Hourly (on‑site). Responsible for embroidery and heat transfer on apparel at KJUS customization facility. Reports to Senior Supervisor Customization Center.

• Perform embroidery on apparel, caps and accessories (40%). Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently, follow instructions on logo placement and thread colors, maintain quality standards, and support production schedule.
• Perform heat transfer application on apparel, caps and accessories (30%). Operate heat press machines, learn graphics programs, follow instructions accurately.
• Inventory, finishing, quality assurance and packaging (30%). Inspect inventory, verify order accuracy, perform trimming, folding, bagging, boxing, and assist shipping. Maintain tracking spreadsheets.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery or custom apparel decoration.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and work in a production/warehouse environment.
• Extended periods of sitting and/or standing, frequent lifting.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Barudan Operating System, Google Docs).
