Position Summary The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the Shipping Clerk for all daily outgoing shipments. This includes, but is not limited to, boxing shipments, processing internal documents, customs forms, external documents and coordinating with transport companies. This is a part time position. Duties and Responsibilities Boxes, wraps and ships products Prepares customs forms Prepares freight bills Keeps back room organized and clean Keeps hall in front of shipping room clean Keeps outside doors locked to prevent unauthorized visitors from entering the plant Operates forklift Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management In addition to shipping-related duties, it is a further responsibility of this position to cross-train in other logistics areas including receiving, stocking, warehouse, cycle counts, physical inventory, and shop errands.

Other duties may be assigned by management. This position requires frequent use and knowledge in JD Edwards (JDE) and Precision primarily, but other programs may be necessary as well.
