Responsibilities- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems
- Understanding of PLC's ability to access programs for troubleshooting purposes
- Common knowledge of hand tools and electrical testing equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical pumps, motors, heaters, piping systems, and water systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of service ticket repair and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general manufacturing equipment such as motors and rotating machinery.
- Work with production personnel to troubleshoot and understand mechanical problems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
- Maintains building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and process gas systems
- Continually and informally assesses building, grounds, and machinery for functionality, professional appearance, and safety.
- Support the Safety Program with facilities issues
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Work with outside suppliers and vendors as required to support all the above
- Assists the Facilities Manager with daily and special projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant Manufacturing facility maintenance function(s)
- High School diploma or equivalent required, some college or trade schools preferred
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Personal Computer skills, including proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated dependability and flexibility
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Positive, honest, creative, and energetic attitude
- Ability to handle multiple roles and support requests simultaneously with excellent follow‑up
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for eight hours
- Electrical experience/skills preferred

Pay Range$28-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
