Full‑time – Boulder, CO

Non‑Exempt, Hourly (on‑site)

Responsible for embroidery of KJUS apparel at the customization facility. This position reports directly to the Senior Supervisor of the Customization Center.

• Perform embroidery on custom orders for apparel, caps, and accessories.
• Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently.
• Ensure all custom embroidery instructions are followed accurately regarding logo placement and thread colors.
• Maintain embroidery quality that meets KJUS company standards.
• Maintain a steady workflow of all custom orders to assist in the production schedule.
• Work frequently with Isacord and Madeira thread and Pantone Ink systems.
• Perform sew outs in a timely manner for prospective clients.

• Apply heat transfers on custom orders for apparel, caps, and accessories.
• Learn graphics programs to operate plotting software and machines.
• Operate multiple heat press machines efficiently.
• Ensure all heat transfer instructions are followed accurately regarding logo placement and color accuracy.
• Ensure heat transfers meet KJUS company quality standards.
• Maintain a steady workflow of all custom orders to assist in the production schedule.

• Inspect inventory, verify all apparel, label for operators, and confirm work orders and artwork.
• Inspect final products, trim, and conduct quality checks of embroidered logos.
• Fold, bag, box, and track orders through KJUS proprietary spreadsheets.
• Assist in packaging and shipping of completed orders, including rush or high‑priority handling.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in embroidery or custom apparel decoration.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs repetitively and work within a production and warehouse environment.
• Extended periods of sitting and/or standing, and frequent lifting.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Barudan Operating System, Google Docs).

Pay Range: $22.18–$24.95
