Manufacturing Technician; NIGHTS

Position Schedule

2 on, 2 off, 3 on NIGHT SHIFT schedule with working hours from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

The Manufacturing Technician position is designed as an introduction to the industry of cGMP manufacturing. This position performs all routine/non-routine cleaning of equipment, prepares buffers/medias, glass wash of misc. parts, assembles setups and filters, autoclaves media/materials, tests filter integrity, manages process waste flows and material movement, and executes inventory management tasks at the cGMP facility to support continuous manufacturing operations. It requires a shift schedule and gowning into a clean room environment and PPE.

Must document, record activities in electronic systems, comply with regulatory requirements, cGMPs, policy documents and SOPs. Must maintain training at 95% or greater. Must always wear proper PPE and follow all safety guidelines outlined by the SOP and site policies. Must perform general tasks as assigned by Management such as staging materials, discarding waste, moving equipment and other clean room tasks.

Must stand for long periods, bend, kneel and reach above head. This position is considered Essential Personnel requiring 7 days a week coverage even when the company closes. It ensures cGMP production tasks are completed daily.

• Cleaning of equipment and glass wash of miscellaneous parts
• Assembling setups and filters
• Autoclaving media and materials
• Testing filter integrity
• Managing process waste flows and material movement
• Executing inventory management tasks
• Handling and discarding hazardous and nonhazardous waste
• Ordering and stocking general supplies in the manufacturing production areas
• Performing various tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

$21.63/hour - $27.40/hour with an additional 15% shift differential for night shift positions.
