Manufacturing Technician; NIGHTS

Position Schedule

2 on, 2 off, 3 on NIGHT SHIFT schedule. Working hours from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

This Manufacturing Technician position is designed as an introduction to the industry of cGMP manufacturing at a cleanroom facility.

• Perform routine and non‑routine cleaning of equipment.
• Glass wash miscellaneous parts.
• Assemble setups and filters.
• Autoclave media and materials.
• Test filter integrity.
• Manage process waste flows and material movement.
• Execute inventory management tasks.
• Handle and discard hazardous and non‑hazardous waste.
• Maintain training records and job‑related functions.
• Order and stock general supplies in manufacturing production areas.
• Perform general clean‑room tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

• Must be able to document and record activities in electronic systems and comply with regulatory requirements, cGMPs, policy documents, and SOPs.
• Maintain training at 95% or greater.
• Must always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and reach above head during cleaning tasks.
• Essential Personnel: requires 7‑day week coverage, even when the company is closed.

Salary Range: $21.63/hour–$27.40/hour. Additional 15% shift differential for night‑shift positions.
