Job Summary

This role will support the consumables Vial Wash Line machine operation and packaging assembly. Perform a variety of production tasks including preparation of materials to assembling of final product with the use of semi-automatic filling machines and manual assembly tasks. Some equipment troubleshooting, and repair will be required.

Key Characteristics This candidate would have a strong attention to detail, reliable, and will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. This candidate will have the ability to be flexible and respond appropriately to workload changes. They should be self-motivated and a good problem solver

Duties & Responsibilities

• Load machines with vials to be processed and unload them after cleaning, placing them on conveyors or racks
• Assist with pre and post line clearance i.e. equipment set-up and take down
• Performing procedural adjustments of manufacturing equipment
• Follow and adhere to all standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and quality regulatory requirements

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build sub-assemblies from a bill of material
• Assist in Consumables Lab Assembly as needed and requested

• Experience with ISO 17025 or ISO 9001

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft program

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• 1 year or more complex manufacturing assembly work experience
• 1 year or more manufacturing machine operations work experience

Compensation:

• The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. The hourly rate/salary $20.00-$24.00.
