Pay Range: $17 - $17.50/hour.

- Accurately fulfill customer orders using manual processes and hand assembly techniques.
- Ensure all orders meet established quality and accuracy standards.
- Process match media mailings and verify order details before shipment.
- Meet daily productivity and production goals while maintaining high-quality work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
- Adapt to changing priorities and production demands as needed.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
- Utilize basic computer systems for order processing and production tracking.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs., including lifting materials from floor to waist level, carrying them approximately 10 feet, and lowering them safely.
- Ability to work in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels.
- Ability to manage moderate stress while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, production, or a related environment preferred.
- Familiarity with match media mailing is a plus.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work assignments and production schedules.
