Manufacturing Technician III - Temp-to-Hire Pay: $21-25/hour

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician III to join our team and support the assembly and manufacturing of products, components, and sub-assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys detailed work and wants the opportunity to grow their technical skills.

• Assemble and manufacture components according to documented procedures
• Complete detailed assembly work while meeting quality and production goals
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, torque drivers, and hex wrenches
• Perform fine motor tasks including trimming materials, applying labels, and following detailed instructions
• Identify and escalation non-conforming parts or assemblies
• Assist with equipment and tooling set-up, calibration, and basic maintenance
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Participate in new product introduction projects and verification activities
• Use computer systems to track and complete production work

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform fine motor tasks
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
