Member Duties :
The VISTA member will expand WfBC's internal capacity to sustainably deliver high quality workforce services to community members on their employment and education journey. Key areas of this role will involve:
• Lead design and launch of a replicable Internship/Work Experience Program that prepares individuals for success in the workplace.
• Assess and redesign WfBC's internal communication and data management systems to improve organizational efficiency, consistency, sustainability, and quality of service delivery.
• Evaluate WfBC's current Computer Training Center resources and explore ways to expand staff knowledge and engagement with the available resources.
• Develop standardized procedures and create documentation and training resources that improve organizational efficiency and sustainability.
• Build partnerships within WfBC, Community Services, and the larger Boulder County community.
