• Develop and organize educational resource guides.
• Create materials for workshops and peer‑led trainings.
• Support coordination of trainings and internal materials.
• Research best practices related to veteran transition and justice reentry.
• Assist with integrating research into programs.
• Support the development of peer‑led and life‑skills materials.
• Assist with workforce and education connections.
• Support partner outreach and process documentation.
• Build systems that strengthen long‑term sustainability.
• This is a capacity‑building position only; the VISTA will not provide direct services.
