Volunteer Youth Ministry Leader - Northeast Denver

Young Life seeks a dedicated volunteer leader committed to its Christian mission. Candidates must profess a personal faith in Jesus Christ and agree to the Young Life Statement of Faith.

• Spiritual Development
  • Develop and implement personal growth plans and cultivate spiritual disciplines.
  • Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development within the Young Life community.
• Leadership Development
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and staff.
  • Facilitate team building, supervision, and vision casting.
• Resource Development
  • Raise financial support, manage donor relations, and promote the ministry.
  • Assist with fundraising for camps and maintain donor care practices.
• Direct Ministry
  • Engage in contact work, clubs, campaigns, and lead program implementation.
  • Plan and lead summer and school‑season camping strategies.
• Ministry Support
  • Handle administration, data management, financial stewardship, and communications.
  • Set and review strategic ministry plans.

• Proven relational skills with kids and adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• College degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in required training (e.g., New Staff Training, Winter Training, etc.).
