As a Regional Field Manager (internally referred to as a Grassroots Engagement Director), you will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Greeley, Colorado, and mobilize them to take action and drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all.
Responsibilities- Identify and recruit activists in local communities to advocate for change.
- Equip local leaders with training and resources to align with LIBRE principles.
- Organize phone calls, social media outreach, and neighborhood events to engage the public and innovate outreach methods.
- Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active.
- Manage part‑time canvassing contractors, ensuring time management, compliance, and best practices.
- Excite and coordinate volunteers to canvass neighborhoods, make phone calls, and support priority initiatives.
- Valid driver's license for travel to meet people.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Integrity, humility, and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Passion for building relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Knowledge of state and federal public-policy landscapes.
- Self‑motivation and strong time‑management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep events and activities on track.
- Ability to work well with a team of staff and activists.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organization, or political campaigns.
- Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.
