Position Overview
Giving Home Health Care has supported individuals affected by health conditions related to work in nuclear facilities since 2012. We provide personalized, in‑home care across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
Location and CompensationPosition: RN (contract)
Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour
Shift DetailsShift: Monday – Sunday, 12‑hour night shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Part‑time or full‑time availability.
Responsibilities- Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care.
- Complete compliant documentation of care in the system of record.
- Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments in coordination of the care plan.
- Perform activities associated with daily living.
- Monitor changes in patient condition such as weight changes, self‑care abilities, and disease progression indicators.
- Communicate with family, physicians, case managers, and other designated individuals regarding patient health.
- Current State or Compact RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Maintenance of required insurance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Dependable transportation and willingness to commute to patient homes.
- Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end‑of‑life care.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
