Position: Contract RN Hospice Admissions Jobs in Boulder, CO

Provide compassionate hospice nursing care for a 12‑week assignment in Boulder, Colorado, while receiving competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care to patients in homes or facilities, ensuring comfort and dignity.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans.

Educate patients’ families on disease management, medication protocols, and support resources.

Execute admissions and discharges efficiently, aiming for approximately three admissions per day.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Colorado.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum 2 years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience.
Ability to work independently with strong communication skills and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
