Position: Contract RN Hospice Admissions Jobs in Boulder, CO

Provide compassionate hospice nursing care for a 12‑week assignment in Boulder, Colorado, while receiving competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care to patients in homes or facilities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within Netsmart EMR.
  • Educate patients’ families on disease management, medication protocols, and support resources.
  • Execute admissions and discharges efficiently, aiming for approximately three admissions per day.
  • Qualifications:
    • Valid RN license in Colorado.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Minimum 2 years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience.
    • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
