Job Summary
Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates for an outpatient resource team role at the 2750 Broadway location. This full‑time position (36 hrs/week Monday‑Friday) offers daytime schedules and support for nurses to explore a variety of outpatient specialties.

- Day shift schedules.
- Experience working with primary and specialty care clinics.
- Recognize, evaluate, and respond to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic and obtain additional help if needed.
- Prepare examination/treatment rooms for provider use, ensuring supplies and equipment are ready daily and maintained orderly.
- Assist providers during examinations by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies.
- Perform routine procedures as authorized by provider and within skill level and certification.
- Collect specimens per visit protocol, document waived/non‑waived testing, and label lab specimens correctly.
- Be available for on‑call Saturday morning shifts as needed.
- Recognize and identify patient symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to all four BMC sites.
- Available by phone to accept assignment changes.
- Graduate of accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the State of Colorado.
- 1‑2 years of nursing experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital.
- Hourly pay $36.04 – $45.06 (full range $36.04 – $54.07); commensurate with experience.
- Position posted for a minimum of three days, subsequently until filled.
- 36 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.
