Jogan Health is looking for RN Med Surgical for a temporary assignment in Boulder, Colorado. The RN functions as a direct patient caregiver within the unit's care delivery system, with increasing independence. Integrates nursing theories in patient care.

Title: RN Med Surgical

Location: Boulder, CO

Pay Local: $44.50/hr

Pay Traveler: $60/hr + Travel Stipend + $55 Per Diem days worked + Lodging Provided

Contract Type: 13 week assignment

• Provides direct total patient care for a specific group of patients with collaboration as needed.
• Demonstrates clinical competence in performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the nursing skills.
• Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes.
• Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition.
• Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care.
• Identifies patient learning needs, develops and implements an individualized teaching plan for patients.
