Job Details
Jogan Health is looking for experienced Labor and Delivery RN to serve as the department manager of the Family Birth Center in Boulder, Colorado.
Pay Local: $44.82 - $67.24/hr (base on experience)
Sign on Bonus: $15,000

Weekdays, Every other Friday off

Supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities within nursing unit according to standards, philosophy, and objectives of the organization, division and department. Is accountable 24/7 for the nursing practice on the unit and authority for all unit operations, collaborating with the director and other unit leaders as needed. Responsibilities include systematically enhancing unit based patient care, nursing practice, safety and quality in accordance with organizational policies, evidence-based practice, and standards of professional nursing practice.
The nurse manager promotes a professional practice environment to positively impact clinical operations, nursing and patient care outcomes. Accountability includes all aspects of unit-based clinical operations, customer service, patient safety, quality outcomes, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
Education or Formal Training
- BSN/BAN degree OR MSN degree within 2 years
Special Qualifications (Licensure, Registration, etc.):
Colorado RN License
- Responsible for all employees, volunteers and students who work within the department
