We are looking for a dedicated palliative care nurse who can apply the skills and knowledge garnered over their career. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to provide patient‑centered care, support families, and embody the purpose behind nursing.

Hope West is a non‑profit organization that has delivered county‑wide hospice, palliative care, and bereavement services for over thirty years through a workforce of 450 employees and more than a thousand volunteers.

• Provide patient care to registered patients across all age groups.
• Deliver palliative care presentations and information as needed.
• Utilize the nursing process to create individualized care plans for patients and their families.

Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours of work per month, including at least one weekend shift. General availability is required, with detailed scheduling submitted a month before the month’s schedule. PRN nurses may be scheduled up to the 24 hours per month, subject to shift availability.

• Unrestricted RN license in the State of Colorado.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto‑insurance coverage.
• Compliance with training requirements for the RN (PRN) program.
• Minimum one year of experience, preferred acute‑care setting.

• Base wage $35.02–$40.05 per hour, plus 10 % for PRN status.
• Differentials: $5 per hour for weekend shifts, $6 per hour for nighttime shifts.
