Shifts:

12-hour shifts - 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am PRNO

pen Positions: PRN 6pm-6am (2 nights during the week and weekend coverage as needed)

What to Expect:

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background checkSNF/LTC experience a plus!
